We are pleased to invite you to join us for Olin College’s Spring Career Fair on Wednesday, February 25, from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

This event offers a unique opportunity to meet Olin students seeking full‑time, entry‑level engineering roles and summer 2026 internships.
Olin students are not traditional engineering candidates—and that’s by design. From day one, they learn engineering through team-based, real-world problem solving, working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments that mirror modern industry. This hands‑on, iterative approach develops engineers who are adaptable, reflective, and deeply accountable to their teammates, their work, and their communities.
Our community is intentionally small, 50% women, and grounded in values of inclusion and collaboration. This environment cultivates engineers who take ownership, communicate clearly, and hold themselves accountable to both their teams and their impact.
