The Sexual and Interpersonal Misconduct and Title IX Policy applies to all Olin community members. Students, Staff and Faculty of the College community are responsible for being familiar with and abiding by the Sexual and Interpersonal Misconduct Policy at all times.

Mandatory Reporters

Mandatory Reporters are Olin employees who are required to share information about sex discrimination or sexual or interpersonal misconduct with the College’s Title IX Coordinator or Deputy Title IX Coordinator.

Mandatory Reporters must promptly share all information concerning: unlawful discrimination on the basis of sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, and marital or parental status, as well as incidents and allegations of sexual and interpersonal misconduct (including, but not limited to, sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking) and/or related retaliation.

Mandatory reporters are College employees designated as officials who have the authority to institute corrective measures on behalf of Olin, and/or are designated below.

Campus Climate Survey

The Campus Climate Survey was administered in Spring of 2023, as part of the Sexual Violence on Higher Education Campuses Law (Chapter 233), which requires that all Higher Education institutions in Massachusetts conduct climate surveys of students at least every 4 years.
