At Olin College of Engineering—and at off-campus locations throughout the world—the Olin Revolution is being put into action every day through the generosity of a diverse array of investors who are as passionate as we are.
These investors are individual donors, inspired by the promise of the Olin's core mission. They are entrepreneurs and small businesses that recognize the value of cultivating relationships with the engineers of tomorrow. They are private foundations who collaborate with Olin to improve education, increase entrepreneurship and solve the grand challenges of the 21st century. They are corporations who partner with Olin to maximize the tremendous capabilities of our distinguished faculty and talented young leaders.
As a private, not-for-profit institution, Olin receives no operating funds from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the federal government. The college’s annual budget is primarily derived from endowment investment returns, tuition fees and philanthropic donations.
It is our investors who enable Olin to expand its scope, extend its reach and explore new horizons—all in the service of transforming the way engineering is taught, learned and applied in the real world.
