National Student Clearinghouse (for current or former students)

The Clearinghouse can provide real-time (no waiting for a letter from the Registrar’s Office) enrollment certifications based on your enrollment at Olin College.  There is no cost.  Note: Olin submits enrollment data three times per semester.  The first submission is typically one week after the last day to add. If you need an enrollment certificate for a current semester during the first 3 weeks of a semester, you should email the Registrar’s Office. Why would you need an enrollment certification or verification?  Common reasons for needing enrollment certifications or verifications are: scholarships, car insurance, health insurance, student discounts, etc. Data included on a form:  Name, School, Dates of Attendance, Enrollment Status (full-time, half-time, etc), Expected or Actual Graduation Date.

It is best to authenticate to the service via the portal, by clicking on Clearinghouse Self Service Access.  (If you are an alum and do not recall your credentials, please contact helpdesk@olin.edu .)  Otherwise, you may go directly to The National Student Clearinghouse and follow the steps for generating an enrollment verification.
