CONNECT WITH US ONLINE!
We understand that visiting campus is the ideal way to get a better feel for who we are and what life at Olin is like. While we are disappointed we are unable to host on-campus visits, we hope you will still connect with us online to learn everything there is to know about Olin
Live Information Session
Our Live Information Sessions are 60 minutes long and give you the opportunity to hear from both an admission counselor and a current Olin student. The admission counselor will present for approximately 45 minutes before an Oliner joins the call for the Q&A portion of the Information Session. Learn all about Olin's unique admission process, financial aid, institutional values, curriculum, and student life!
Live Mini Information Session & Interactive Tour
The Mini Information Session is an abbreviated version of the full-length Information Session and is immediately followed by a Live Interactive Tour with an Olin student. The Information Session is a 30 minute live presentation with an admission counselor that covers the key topics such as Olin’s unique approach to engineering education, our admission process and financial aid at Olin. The Interactive Tour will be led by current Olin students and will last approximately 60 minutes. Both sessions are live therefore you'll be able to ask your questions directly to our admission counselors and/or Olin students!
Since you can’t come tour Olin's campus, we’re bringing Olin to you! Join Olin students for a 60 minute live and interactive tour experience. Learn about the student experience directly from current Olin students through personal anecdotes, photos, and videos. Experience Olin's campus, community, and culture through an Oliner's point of view.
The Olin Admission staff is conducting one-on-one video interviews (by video conference) with prospective students through the summer and the fall semester. Interviews are typically 30 minutes in length, and are a great opportunity for you to ask questions about Olin and tell us more about you and your interests! Please note that interviews are optional in the Olin admission process and unfortunately not all prospective students can be guaranteed an interview. Interview times will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and are limited to prospective students who will be applying for Fall 2021 admission.

ON CAMPUS EVENTS
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
Given the ongoing public health risk associated with COVID-19, Olin College has suspended all in-person, on campus programming, including Admission visits, until further notice. Please visit Olin's Coronavirus (COVID-19) page for updates on how the college is responding to the global pandemic and its impact on our community.
Thank you for you patience and understanding. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Admission and Financial Aid at email@example.com.
We host a variety of on-campus events for prospective students throughout the year. If you have questions about visiting, please contact our office at 781-292-2222 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Olin College of Engineering offers high school seniors with strong potential for Olin's collaborative, project-based engineering curriculum who would not otherwise have the financial resources to visit our campus the opportunity to attend Olin’s Mix & Mingle fly-in program during the month of October. We invite students to nominate themselves, or counselors to nominate students. Nominations will be reviewed by the Olin Admission Office.
The tentative dates for this year's Olin Mix & Mingle fly-in program are October 18-19, 2020*. Students will arrive on a Sunday, stay overnight in an Olin residence hall, and be assigned a student host to take them to classes and activities on a Monday. Due to the small number of Olin student hosts available, our fly-in program is limited to high school seniors and students who for other reasons are planning to enter college in fall 2021. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate nominations for international students at this time.
Nomination forms must be submitted by September 16, 2020, and all materials (including an unofficial copy of the student's transcript) must be received by September 23, 2020 in order for the student to be considered for a fly-in visit to Olin.
For counselors nominating students, students will be sent an additional form to express their interest in visiting Olin College. For students nominating themselves, your counselor will be sent a counselor nomination form along with information about the program.
Please contact Alia Georges, Assistant Director of Admission & Financial Aid Counselor, at email@example.com with any questions.
*In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Olin's plans for the fall 2020 semester are still being finalized, and we understand that we will need to continue to be flexible as the situation unfolds. Should a different type of program, such as a virtual alternative, become necessary, we will communicate this with students and counselors
Counselors >>> Nominate a student for Olin's MIX & Mingle Fly-In Progam

Olin Open Houses are day-long events that provide prospective students and their families with the opportunity to visit campus and hear from students, faculty, staff and alumni about what it's like to be part of the Olin community. We host two Open Houses each fall: Women's Open House and Fall Open House.
Sunday, September 29, 2019
Women’s Open House is similar to our Fall Open House but with an added focus on gender in engineering. We welcome students of all gender identities, including non-binary and transgender individuals, to participate! Come meet our community members and learn more about Olin's unique curriculum and culture!
Saturday, November 9, 2019
At our annual Fall Open House, visitors have the opportunity to meet current students, staff, and faculty, to hear more about Olin's unique, project-based curriculum and to learn about the wide variety of activities and organizations available at Olin.
Prospective students are welcome to sign up for an Overnight Visit or Day Visit through our student-run visit program. Student-hosted visits are available during the academic year to provide prospective students with an inside glimpse of what it's like to be an Olin student. You'll be matched with a student host, attend classes, eat in the dining hall, and sleep in the residence halls.
Please note that due to the limited availability of Olin student hosts, Day and Overnight visits are limited to high school seniors and students who for other reasons are applying to enter college this coming fall. Student-Hosted visits are currently unavailable. Register for an Interactive Tour today to connect live with our students!
